KH1RO ships internationally from our fulfillment partners. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1-3 additional business days.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Europe (EU/UK): 10–20 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 12–22 business days
- Asia: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
These estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
KH1RO covers all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for updates.
- Contact your local postal service or carrier, as packages may be held at a local facility.
- If there is no update for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at store@kh1ro.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the order or issue a full refund at your choice.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. KH1RO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., refused by recipient, unclaimed at customs, incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
